Our Counsellors

Getting Started

Each of our counsellors has been carefully selected to join the Each Life Therapies team. They are supported in their work by our clinical lead and a team of experienced supervisors, ensuring the highest quality of care.

To begin your journey with us, the first step is to book an initial assessment. This session allows us to understand your needs and match you with the most suitable therapist

Therapeutic Approaches

We use a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Psychodynamic Therapy
  • Integrative Therapy
  • Humanistic Therapy
  • Mindfulness-Based Approaches
  • Motivational Interviewing

Life Therapies is a holistic organisation that tailors its approach to the individual. We believe there is no “one-size-fits-all” model; instead, we work collaboratively with clients to ensure the therapeutic style suits their unique needs.

All Counsellors at Life Therapies are either qualified or in advanced stages of training and receive regular supervision. They come from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds, bringing a wide range of experience and expertise to the service.

Therapy Approaches

  •  Combines elements from different therapeutic modalities to best support the individual client’s needs, allowing for flexibility and personalization in treatment.
  •  Focuses on identifying and changing unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviours. It’s structured and goal-oriented, often used to treat anxiety, depression, and stress-related issues.
  •  Emphasizes present-moment awareness, emotional regulation, and acceptance. Mindfulness is often integrated with other therapies to help manage anxiety, stress, and trauma responses.
  • A deeper, integrative approach that looks at long-standing patterns and beliefs developed in childhood. It’s especially useful for those with chronic emotional issues or personality-related difficulties.
  •  A collaborative, client-centred style of counselling that enhances motivation to change by exploring and resolving ambivalence. Often used in addiction, lifestyle change, and goal-setting contexts.
  •  Explores unconscious processes and how past experiences, especially early relationships, shape present behaviours. It supports clients in gaining insight into recurring emotional patterns.
