"The service was great, I am so appreciative at having had help to get through such a challenging time in my life"

Mental Care has an online platform that is easy to maneuver. Overall my experience has been great being that it is my first time going to therapy/ tele therapy. I appreciate how safe and comfortable my therapist has makes me feel.

Professional and i felt that my emotional health has improved. I feel more confident and am able to maintain the changes that i have made due to the counselling sessions.

I have been taught to think about myself & how to deal with things from past to present. In general how to deal with life & opening up. So far I'm happy with the service.

Being able to be open and share what I am going through was helpful.

While most clients typically attend between 6 and 12 sessions to address a specific issue, it is not uncommon for therapy to continue beyond this, depending on individual needs.

Yes , you can. We offer online Services.

We require 7 days notice to cancel or we will charge for the missed session. When you start with us your therapist will discuss the counselling agreement with you.
